Great Desk and Customer Service
Initially, I was not satisfied with the height of my desk with the castors on using the 2-stage Balanced Pro 250 Desk Frame (it didn’t come down low enough for me). Sanjay at ergosphere reached out immediately. He was very accommodating and worked with me to switch my 2-stage column desk with the 3-stage one. The entire process was straightforward, and it took ~1 week to deliver the new desk frame. I upgraded to the balanced pro 360 model with round columns. Overall, the experience with ergosphere was tremendous, and I’m thrilled with my desk/3-stage columns. Would recommend getting the 3-stage columns if you choose to also have castors.
Had to return for a smaller size but I still love the product
I ordered the wrong size, so I had to return my custom-made solid wood tabletop and get the smaller size in Easycare tabletop. The best part is the customer service was terrific! The solid wood tabletop looked much more premium and luxurious, but the quality of the laminated Easycare tabletop is top-notch. I love the smooth and noiseless machinery of this desk! I would reorder a new solid wood tabletop when I move to a bigger place.
